The house Guitars Legenderario, been founded by Gilberto Méndez Méndez in 1988, has as purpose the construction of this type of instruments, so much in a manual way as in a traditional way. For it, it uses solid wood with a natural drying with the purpose of avoiding that abrupt changes that damage their texture take place. To their rules the formats and designs of different marks and styles are adjusted.

The primordial objective that is pursued is to accommodate the instrumentalist fully for an execution professional, with absolute and exquisite quality.

At the moment Gilberto Méndez Méndez works in his shop where he carries out investigations on the first guitars that arrived in Cuba, as well as the emergence of the Three and the legends arisen around this, which are listened in the chats that the old minstrels sustain in The House of The Trova or in other cultural spaces of Santiago from Cuba, where you can savor a delicious Creole Mojito, and, at the same time, to listen with ecstasy the inigualable music of the guitars.

It is common that today, in the Cuban groupings, favorable trials are analyzed on the Legendary instruments, those that are used with great satisfaction by their bells, sound quality and strength.
